We book in a time for a chat or a video call to get to know each other and discuss your ceremony!
We catch up and have a good chat about the details of your special day so I can get a feel for your vibe.

We can toss around ideas on how to make your ceremony completely you, and you can make sure I'm the right fit for your big shin-dig!
I send you a detailed quote and all my terms for your consideration....

About four months out from your big day, we'll work out our next date to catch up for the legals.
I'll forward all the information I need from you to complete your Notice of Intended Marriage
(NOIM - the Legals).

I'll also get the lowdown of all the plans you've made so far to make you dream come to life!

Curating Your Love Story
Let's Get to Know Your Unique Love Story

Around two to three months out from hitching day,
we have our second date!
​
We meet up over a bevvy of your choosing, to go over your unique ceremony design and I get to hear all the details of your love story so I can curate it and write a personalised ceremony for the two of you!
At this time you'll need to sign your NOIM.
​
A couple of weeks after this, I'll send you each a questionnaire to complete separately, spilling the beans on your relationship - the good, bad and ugly!

It All Comes Together
...Our Third Date, in the coziness of your place...and mine!

I write your wedding ceremony and e-mail an outline of your ceremony for you both to approve.
​
We can have a third date over video conferencing so that I can dive deeper into your personalities and make sure your love story vibes right.
​
I then set provide a vow writing guide and help you create your vows, due back to me 10-14 days before the ceremony, when I'll massage them to fit and flow together!
​
Balance of Payment is due 14 days before the ceremony.

Let's Rock
Your Moves!
(And Kick Any Pesky Wedding Nerves!)

Then it's time to have a walkthrough!
Get your special people together - your wedding crew and parents together
- usually the day before at your venue.
​
Get your wedding playlist pumping, pour them their favourite bevvy,
and have a walk through.
Such a fun way to break the ice, shimmy out nerves and build excitement!
​
These are offered either in person or remotely based on schedules and individual wedding needs.
I will arrive early...at least 45 minutes before and check everything.
​
You have an AMAZING wedding ceremony surrounded by your friends and family, and filled with laughter and love!
​
We sign the marriage registry with your witnesses,
you kiss
and are declared
HITCHED!
​
I grab a stealthy selfie with the two of you and then sneak off to let you to enjoy your celebration!
​
Afterwards I lodge all your paperwork with Birth Deaths and Marriages (BDM) to register you as legally hitched and order your Marriage Certificate which will be mailed to you about a month later.
